The crystals featured on this page were all mined by Crystal Mountain Treasures on March 25th, 2001. They were excavated out of a rock wall using only hand tools. These crystals are identified as calcite, primarily dogtooth formation, in clusters and loose crystals. Some are bright white and others are a pale peach color due to the minerals in the surrounding clay. These pieces have been minimally cleaned to preserve the specimens'integrity.

Delightful! pure clear and white mini dog tooth crystals formed on both sides of this matrix. Measures 2 x 1 1/2 x 3/4.

3 1/4 x 1 3/4 x 1/2 inch plate with a really nice display of clear calcite dog tooth crystals. This plate has a curved open "seam" displaying mini crystal points growing toward each other. The underside has orange-brown crystals as well.

Awesome piece with bright white crystals, one very prominent dog tooth points to the heavens! Crystals on both sides, very unique! Measures 2 x 1 1/4 inches.
